Qualifications

• Degree in CS, data science, engineering or related field.
• 5+ years in AI, ML or data science, preferably financial services.
• Proven track record designing and deploying AI solutions.
• Strong programming in Python or R with AI/ML frameworks.
• Ability to analyze complex processes and deliver scalable solutions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across diverse partners.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven.

Responsibilities

• Study and map current processes; identify inefficiencies for automation.
• Design and build AI tools, models and agents to streamline workflows.
• Collaborate with Trading, Sales, Banking, Risk and Operations teams.
• Lead adoption of AI solutions with training and documentation.
• Stay informed on AI/ML advancements and adapt strategies.
• Manage multiple projects with timely delivery aligned to goals.
• Ensure AI solutions meet regulatory and data privacy standards.
