Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in commercial banking, portfolio management, underwriting or related.
• Subject matter expert level understanding of accounting, credit analysis, portfolio management, structuring, underwriting, and legal documentation.
• Strong risk judgment with demonstrated ability to manage complex or higher‑risk portfolios.
• Experience guiding, coaching, or reviewing junior staff work is preferred but not required.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate with risk partners.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, complex transactions and initiatives while meeting deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain an independent, current and forward-looking view of client creditworthiness.
• Perform ongoing monitoring and deal reviews; approve or recommend renewal or exit decisions.
• Analyze historical financials and projections for risk ratings and trends.
• Manage underwriting, approval and documentation for transactions and ancillary products.
• Review and recommend credit decisions and escalate higher-risk requests.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines.
• Manage a larger, more complex portfolio and high-touch relationships.
• Collaborate with Relationship Managers and Credit Risk on portfolio matters.
• Lead diligence discussions with prospects and clients as needed.
• Provide guidance on deal structures, pricing and risk mitigation.
• Create portfolio performance reports and risk insights for senior management.
• Ensure accuracy of system records and data governance.
• Participate in senior-level meetings; discuss portfolio themes and risk trends.
• Lead or participate in projects to enhance portfolio management practices.
• Review junior staff work and provide coaching and feedback.
