Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in commercial banking, portfolio management, underwriting or a related discipline.
Expert knowledge of accounting, credit analysis, portfolio management, and underwriting.

Responsibilities

Maintain an independent, forward-looking view of client creditworthiness and communicate risks clearly.
Oversee ongoing monitoring, deal reviews, and renewal decisions.
Lead underwriting, approval, and documentation for transactions including renewals and extensions.
Provide guidance on deal structures, pricing, and risk mitigation strategies.
Create portfolio performance reports and present risk insights to senior management.
Ensure compliance with credit policies and regulatory guidelines.
Mentor junior analysts and review their work.
