Job summary

BOK Financial Corporation invites a Portfolio Manager II to collaborate with Relationship Managers in growing and managing the loan portfolio. The role emphasizes ongoing asset management, regular credit reviews, and evaluation against underwriting expectations.

Responsibilities include monitoring borrower profiles, maintaining client relationships, and coordinating monthly/quarterly reporting, renewals, and cross-sell opportunities to maximize profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 5–7 years of Credit Analysis/Credit products underwriter experience or 10+ years of equivalent experience.
• Strong knowledge of intermediate accounting, GAAP vs tax statements, cash vs accrual methods.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to leverage client relationships for growth.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong client relationships to support growth.
• Manage mid-sized client portfolios and recommend credit solutions.
• Meet with clients to strengthen partnerships and identify cross-sell opportunities.
• Analyze financial information to assess creditworthiness and lending suitability.
• Monitor portfolio performance through asset quality reviews and market analysis.
• Maintain accurate loan records and documentation for compliance.
• Present credit recommendations to senior credit leaders.
