Qualifications

• 5 years lending experience; 5 years banking/investment analysis experience.
• Ability to write reports and policy documents; present information to groups.

Responsibilities

• Underwrite and present commercial and consumer loans for approval.
• Manage a loan portfolio including lines of credit, term loans, and real estate loans.
• Conduct annual reviews, renewals, and increase requests; ensure timely loan payments.
• Negotiate terms with borrowers; close renewals/increases per approved terms.
• Collaborate with other portfolio managers as needed; maintain compliance training.
