Qualifications

Associate's Degree plus 4 years' banking or customer service experience or equivalent.
Knowledge of lending practices, policies, and loan documentation requirements.
Familiarity with commercial credit analysis and financial reporting tools.
Strong Excel and Word capabilities and clear communication skills.
Ability to plan time, method, and sequence of own work assignments.

Responsibilities

Interact with clients, attorneys, and accountants on routine to moderately complex inquiries and maintenance issues.
Support Commercial Lenders and partners through report monitoring and issue resolution.
Execute Know Your Customer and Due Diligence procedures for new clients and document data in TouchPoint Sales and Service.
Manage exception reports and clear outstanding exceptions promptly.
Develop and maintain information in spreadsheets and databases, generating routine reports.
Assist Lending Officers in preparing packages for Bank product presentations with guidance.
