Crawford Thomas Recruiting is seeking an experienced field sales closer in South Florida to sell high-ticket residential pool and outdoor remodeling projects. You will consult with homeowners, review plans, and collaborate with design and estimating teams to develop and present proposals, manage a pipeline, and close contracts.

Responsibilities include evaluating properties, negotiating, and expanding project scope while protecting margins and maintaining strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Proven record of closing residential contracts in pool or high-ticket in-home sales.
• Strong knowledge of residential construction plans, dimensions, materials, and scopes of work.
• Excellent closing, negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable discussing six-figure projects with homeowners.
• Organized, self-motivated and results-driven with strong follow-up and attention to detail.
• Professional appearance, valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Job description

• Base Salary: $50,000 annually, flexible depending on experience
• Commission: Uncapped 6% commission on sales
• OTE: $150,000+ annually
• Work Arrangement: Field sales with on-site homeowner consultations throughout South Florida
• Leads: Qualified company leads provided
• Experience: Proven success in pool, outdoor living, or high-ticket residential construction sales
• Transportation: Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required

Our client is seeking an experienced closer to sell high-ticket residential pool and outdoor remodeling projects. Projects include new pools, pool renovations, complete backyard remodels, pergolas, outdoor kitchens, hardscape, pavers, marble, porcelain, artificial turf, landscaping, lighting, driveways, and walkways.

Required Qualifications

• Strong residential construction knowledge and ability to understand plans, dimensions, materials, and scopes of work.
• Strong closing, negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable discussing six-figure projects with homeowners.
• Organized, self-motivated, and results-driven, with strong follow-up and attention to detail.
• Professional appearance, valid driver’s license, and reliable transportation.

Preferred Qualifications

• Direct pool and outdoor living sales experience.
• South Florida construction experience strongly preferred.
• English/Spanish bilingual skills are a major plus.
