Job summary

Craft Master Custom Pools is seeking a proactive sales/design professional in South Florida. You’ll own client relationships, meet homeowners, and create custom pool concepts with 3D renderings. Training is provided in our software and sales process, with a focus on building trust and closing deals.

You’ll leverage CRM and AI tools, exploring new ways to engage clients and accelerate the sales cycle, while contributing to the evolving playbook for growth.

Craft Master Custom Pools has built pools across South Florida since 1994. Under new family ownership, we're running it like a startup: moving fast, testing new ideas, and rebuilding how a pool company sells, designs, and serves its clients. The difference is that we have 30 years of reputation, referrals, and craftsmanship behind us. You get the energy of a startup without starting from zero.

Who We're Looking For

We want doers. People who are hungry, coachable, and growth-minded, who would rather take ownership than wait for instructions. Pool industry experience is a plus, but it isn't required. If you've succeeded in sales, design, hospitality, real estate, home improvement, or anything else where you had to earn trust and close, we'll teach you the pool side. We care more about drive and how quickly you learn than about your résumé.

What You'll Do

• Own the client relationship from first call to signed contract.
• Meet homeowners in person or virtually to learn how they live, entertain, and want to use their backyard.
• Design custom pool concepts and 3D renderings. We'll train you on our design software.
• Present proposals that make the vision, value, and investment clear and exciting.
• Work with our project managers and construction team so every design is buildable and on budget.
• Manage your pipeline in our CRM, and use AI tools and digital sales aids to work smarter and follow up faster.
• Bring ideas. We're rebuilding our sales and marketing playbook, and your input will shape it.

What Makes You a Fit

• A track record of results in sales, customer-facing work, or a creative field, in any industry.
• You're self-motivated and energized by earning based on performance.
• You're comfortable with technology and quick to learn new tools.
• You communicate with confidence and put the customer first.
• You have a bias for action and see problems as things to solve, not reasons to stop.
• Bonus: experience in pools, landscape, outdoor living, or luxury residential.
