G&W Electric Co is seeking a Senior Business Applications Analyst - Point Solutions to own non-ERP applications, partnering with IT and business teams to define needs, document processes, and implement sustainable solutions. You will lead evaluations, vendor engagements, and major enhancements across multiple functional areas including Engineering, Manufacturing, EHS, Sales, Finance and HR.

You will also coordinate testing, training, and post-go-live support while ensuring security,

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in business systems analysis, application management, or a related role.
• Experience translating business needs into functional requirements and leading implementations.
• Strong project management skills across scope, schedules, budgets, risks, and communication.
• Experience evaluating software solutions, vendor management, and creating business cases.

Responsabilités

• Own non-ERP applications: requirements, processes, integrations, licensing, risks, and support.
• Lead or coordinate implementations, upgrades, and enhancements from planning through post-go-live support.
• Translate business requirements into functional designs and coordinate with internal teams and vendors.
• Develop and coordinate testing: system, integration, regression, and user acceptance.
• Establish sustainable support models including documentation and change control.
• Coordinate vendor relationships, licensing, budgets, and service escalations.
• Ensure applications comply with IT architecture, cybersecurity, and data governance standards.
