Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day support and performance of business applications.
• Serve as primary leadership for application support activities.
• Partner with users, Help Desk, IT, and vendors to maintain performance.
• Own applications end-to-end including upgrades, integrations, and optimization.
• Contribute to roadmaps and governance for future growth.
• Mentor and develop a high-performing team and manage metrics.
