G&W Electric Co. seeks a Senior Business Applications Analyst to own non-ERP business applications, partnering with IT and business teams to define needs, implement solutions, and manage lifecycle and support.

The role covers engineering, manufacturing, EHS, sales, finance, HR, and other areas, with JDE staying in ERP. You will lead cross-functional workstreams, coordinate testing, and ensure solutions are secure, cost-effective, and aligned with standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelors or equivalent in IT/CS/IS/Engineering/Business.
• 5+ years in business systems analysis or related role.
• Translate business needs into clear functional requirements.
• Experience leading implementations and enhancements through lifecycle.
• Strong PM skills: scope, schedule, budget, risks, status.
• Experience evaluating software solutions and vendors with business cases.
• Good understanding of integrations, data flows, access design and testing.
• Experience managing vendors, licensing, renewals, external resources.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, documentation, facilitation, and communication.
• Able to manage multiple apps and priorities in a fast-paced, multi-site environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary IT owner for non-ERP applications, including vendors, licensing, and support requirements.
• Partner with leaders to define needs, document processes, and identify practical solutions.
• Lead or coordinate implementations, upgrades, and enhancements end-to-end.
• Translate requirements into functional designs and coordinate data flows and access.
• Develop and coordinate testing: system, integration, regression, user acceptance.
• Establish sustainable support models and change-control procedures.
• Provide advanced functional support and coordinate issue resolution with various teams.
• Manage enhancements based on value, risk, and resource availability.
• Monitor licenses, vendor performance, and lifecycle status; optimize tools.
• Maintain documentation and coordinate user training and adoption.
