Job summary

Segway in Plano, TX seeks a Senior IT Application Analyst to bridge IT and business teams, owning requirements, enhancements, integrations, testing, and deployments across sales, logistics, finance, eCommerce and more.

You will lead UAT, document specs, ensure data integrity, govern security, and mentor analysts while partnering with vendors and global teams to implement scalable solutions that drive efficiency and digital transformation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in supporting enterprise business applications and system integrations.
• Experience gathering business requirements, documenting functional specifications, and coordinating UATs and deployments.
• Experience administering security, access controls, and audit compliance across enterprise apps.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery, analysis, and prioritization of business requirements for enterprise applications.
• Own complex application issues from root cause analysis through deployment and support.
• Coordinate change requests, releases, and production support with cross-functional teams.
• Develop functional specs, test scripts, and implementation documentation.
