Job summary

WNC Corporation is seeking an IT Applications Support Professional to manage and support daily operations of core business applications, including ERP, HRMS, and workflow systems. The role ensures stability and availability to enable smooth manufacturing site operations.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in enterprise application support, familiarity with ERP/HR/workflow systems, and strong troubleshooting skills.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in enterprise application support.
Familiar with AP systems, including ERP, HR, workflow, and related enterprise systems.
Experience in system maintenance & troubleshooting.
Good Spanish communication skills.

Responsibilities

Manage and support daily operations of business applications, including ERP, HRMS, Workflow, and other corporate applications.
Ensure business applications are stable and available to support daily operations across the manufacturing site.
Perform daily maintenance and troubleshooting for Local systems and at least one of the listed application experiences.
Provide day-to-day support for ERP users and business processes across Finance, Procurement, Inventory, Sales, Production, and Supply Chain where applicable.
Support HRMS operations, including employee information, attendance, leave, and related employee-facing applications.
