Job summary

WNC Corp. is seeking an experienced IT Applications Support professional to manage and support daily operations of business applications including ERP, HRMS, and Workflow at our Texas site.

The role focuses on keeping systems stable and available to support daily manufacturing operations, spanning Finance, Procurement, Inventory, Sales, Production and Supply Chain as needed. Ideal candidates will have 3+ years in application support, familiarity with ERP and HR systems, and hands-on experience

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in enterprise application support.
• Familiar with ERP, HR, workflow, and related enterprise systems.
• Experience in system maintenance & troubleshooting.
• Familiar with C#, Oracle DB, MS SQL.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support daily operations of business applications including ERP, HRMS, Workflow.
• Ensure business applications are stable, available, and able to support daily operations across the site.
• Provide day-to-day support for ERP users and business processes including Finance, Procurement, Inventory, Sales, Production and Supply Chain where applicable.
• Support HRMS operations, including employee information, attendance, leave, and employee-facing applications.
