Job summary

G&W Electric Co. seeks a Senior Business Applications Analyst – Point Solutions to own non-ERP applications and drive lifecycle management from requirements through deployment.

You will partner with process owners, IT, and vendors to evaluate solutions, implement enhancements, and ensure secure, cost-effective and standards-aligned applications across Engineering, Manufacturing, EHS, Sales, Finance, HR, and more.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in business systems analysis or related role.
• Ability to translate business needs into clear functional requirements.
• Experience leading application implementations, upgrades, and enhancements.
• Strong project management, analysis, documentation, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary IT owner for non-ERP applications.
• Partner with leaders to define needs and document processes.
• Evaluate requests for new applications based on value, cost, risk.
• Lead vendor evaluations, demos, and fit-gap analyses.
• Lead or coordinate implementations, upgrades, and enhancements.
