Qualifications

• 10+ years of program or project management experience.
• 7+ years of cross functional project delivery experience.
• 7+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience.
• 7+ years of team management experience.
• Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
• Experience generating and managing Capital Appropriation Requests (CARs) or equivalent capital planning documentation.

Responsibilities

• Own the operating model for WESE plans, funds, deploys, and measures high-priority initiatives.
• Lead PMs to ensure end-to-end delivery and CAR quality.
• Drive cross-functional prioritization and quarterly re-planning.
• Present results and investment cases to senior leadership with precise narratives.
