Job summary

HP is seeking an experienced AMS Customer Support Labor Strategy leader to oversee the delivery of very large, complex internal projects across regions, ensuring standards, cost control, and risk management. The role coordinates product management and engineering and maintains executive stakeholder relationships.

You will mentor teams, develop project plans, and drive process improvements while guiding cross-functional initiatives for organizational growth and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Business Administration or related discipline.
• Typically 10+ years of work experience, preferably in project management, HP Services, and global projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the delivery of internal projects, spanning single or multiple regions with high risk.
• Manages project financials, budgets, and forecast accuracy.
• Maintains relationships with upper-level stakeholders.
• Provides recommendations to management on process improvements.
• Determines status reporting content and analyzes results.
• Coordinates between product management and engineering.
• Develops project plans, estimations, specifications, and presentations.
• Leads and manages multiple projects, handling scope, cost, quality, communication, RCA, escalation.
