Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Senior Program Manager in the WW Engineering and Innovation (WWEI) PMO to oversee a portfolio of projects within the RSR Process & Design Engineering organization, aligning with strategic objectives and driving performance metrics.

You will partner with technology and operations teams to drive innovation, improve processes, and deliver executive-level reporting, while ensuring clear communication with stakeholders and executives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
• Bachelor's degree.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement PMO standards, methodologies, and frameworks across assigned functional areas.
• Lead the development and maintenance of executive-level business review documentation (MBRs and QBRs), Peak readiness documentation, and OP cycles with focus on performance metrics and strategic alignment.
• Collaborate with director-level leaders to drive strategic alignment, resource allocation, change management initiatives, and cross-functional decision-making.
• Facilitate stakeholder management through effective communication and transparent status reporting.
• Lead execution of high-priority initiatives while ensuring alignment with organizational strategy and objectives.
• Partner with Process/Design Engineers to provide mentorship, ensure consistent delivery standards, and drive successful project outcomes.
