Job summary

HP is seeking a Senior Program Manager to unite the Global Public Sector within the HP Commercial Organization and translate HP's Future of Work vision into actionable strategies. The role focuses on delivering outcomes for Federal, State, and Local governments worldwide and collaborating with cross-functional teams to accelerate Public Sector initiatives.

Qualifications

• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related discipline.
• Typically 10+ years of work experience in strategic management, strategic planning, or related field.
• Experience with Public Sector preferred; global experience with US and other markets is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define the work plan and lead the ongoing execution of the Public Sector Security pillar of HP Global Public Sector COE.
• Manage stakeholder relationships to collect, prioritize and create aligned PORs to deliver innovation and capabilities.
• Lead disciplined cadence between GBU, Category and Market/Country teams to accelerate impact.
• Ensure best practices are deployed across markets and initiatives evolve over time.
