Job summary

IT Accel, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager who will assist and independently manage projects involving vendor technology implementations, integrations, and upgrades to meet business needs and the strategic roadmap.

The role covers planning, budgeting, risk and stakeholder management, change control, communications, and vendor relations. The PMO focus includes ensuring adherence to methodology, improving delivery consistency, and contributing to the ePMO framework for performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
• 7–10 years of progressive PMO experience required.
• Graduate degree preferred.
• Banking experience preferred.
• Experience managing vendor relationships and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Covers all aspects of project management including planning, delivering on time and budget, and stakeholder relationships.
• Leads in preparation of artifacts from inception through closure (business case, risk register, test plan, change requests, lessons learnt).
• Translates high-level business requirements into technology solutions and coordinates with technology and business representatives to communicate milestones.
• Delivers projects within time and budget and reports progress against the plan.
• Communicates effectively with senior leaders across operations, risk, finance, and technology, and with third-party vendors.
• Supports SDLC activities, UAT, and ensures business requirements are met by the system.
• Assists with tracking portfolio performance and resource allocation across the project portfolio.
