Job summary

Pennymac is seeking a Vice President IT Project Management (PMO) to lead day-to-day PMO activities, ensuring IT programs meet organizational goals and requirements. You will define and prioritize projects, oversee PMO staff, and collaborate with department leaders to drive project success.

The role requires senior-level experience in technical program management, Agile and Waterfall delivery, and enterprise-wide implementations, preferably within financial services or mortgage sectors.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical program management in progressively senior roles.
• Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Experience leading enterprise-wide implementations with implementation partners.
• Financial services and mortgage industry experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day activities in the PMO to ensure IT programs meet goals and requirements.
• Oversee PMO processes and policy guidance; define, prioritize, and develop projects.
• Develop and report on project and portfolio metrics.
• Implement and monitor PM tools; establish baselines and report progress to leadership.
• Direct executive reporting and operational reviews with reflective metrics.
• Perform related duties and demonstrate alignment with company values.
