Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) is seeking a Team Lead to drive complex, client-focused projects within our real estate services platform. You will lead project teams, manage budgets and schedules, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, and ensure delivery on time, within budget, and to high quality standards.

The ideal candidate holds a related bachelor’s degree, a PMP or equivalent certification, and at least seven years of project management experience in commercial real estate.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field (Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, etc.)
• PMP certification or equivalent project management certification
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management, preferably in the commercial real estate industry
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from inception to completion
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment
