Job summary

Prolific is seeking Operations and PMO leaders to join its Expert Network as subject matter experts. You bring director-level operations or PMO experience and apply governance, planning, and portfolio management knowledge to research questions.

You will complete a short skills test, participate in surveys and interviews, and provide feedback on planning tools. Researchers pay up to $200 per hour; PayPal is used for payments. Remote, flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Director-level or above experience in Operations or PMO across multiple sectors.
• Deep domain knowledge in project governance, resource planning, portfolio management or operational strategy.
• Hands-on planning tool experience with MS Project, Planview, Smartsheet, Jira, or ServiceNow.
• Strong analytical thinking and communication skills.
• PayPal account to receive payment.

Responsibilities

• Answer research questions on prioritisation, resource allocation, portfolio governance and planning processes.
• Review PMO scenarios such as governance cycles, capacity reviews, milestones and budgeting workflows.
• Participate in structured surveys or interviews informing planning practices and PMO operations.
• Provide informed feedback on tools, workflows and processes for planning and portfolio management.
• Contribute subject matter input to help researchers understand how PMO functions use tools and frameworks.
