Job summary

Prolific is seeking Operations and PMO leaders to join our Expert Network as subject matter experts. You’ll apply hands-on experience in operations, governance, portfolio management, and planning to answer research questions and review PMO scenarios.

Successful candidates will complete a short test and may be invited to join Prolific as a paid participant, with flexible hours and remote work options. Pay is competitive and can reach up to $200 per hour for expert work.

Qualifications

• Director-level or above experience in Operations or PMO.
• Deep domain knowledge in governance, planning, or portfolio management.
• Hands-on use of planning/PPM tools like MS Project or Jira.
• Ability to analyze complex planning workflows.
• Excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Answer research questions on prioritisation, allocation, governance, and planning processes.
• Review PMO scenarios: governance cycles, capacity reviews, budget forecasting.
• Participate in surveys or interviews informing planning practices and PMO operations.
• Provide feedback on tools, workflows, and processes for planning platforms.
• Contribute SME input to framing how PMO functions use planning tools and governance frameworks.
