Prolific is seeking Operations and PMO Leaders with hands-on governance, planning, and portfolio management expertise. You’ll join our Expert Network to share real-world insights with researchers and organisations, and you’ll be tested briefly before joining as a paid expert.

Researchers often pay up to $200 per hour for your knowledge. Expect one-hour tasks, with many briefs shorter, and the flexibility to work remotely as needed while contributing to impactful studies.

Qualifications

• Director-level or above in an Operations or PMO function across multiple sectors.
• Deep domain knowledge in governance, planning, and portfolio management.
• Hands-on experience with planning/PPM tools such as MS Project, Planview, Smartsheet, Jira or ServiceNow.
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to translate complex workflows into insights.
• Excellent written communication with attention to detail in governance and planning topics.
• PayPal account to receive payments.

Responsabilités

• Answer research questions on prioritisation, allocation, governance and planning processes.
• Review PMO scenarios like governance cycles, capacity reviews, escalations and budgeting.
• Participate in surveys and interviews guiding research on planning practices and PMO operations.
• Provide feedback on tools, workflows, and processes for planning and portfolio management.
• Contribute expertise to help research teams understand how PMO functions use planning tools.
