Prolific is seeking Operations and PMO leaders to join our Expert Network as subject matter experts. You’ll be paid to share your real-world experience and insights, with tasks including tests and paid research duties.

Eligible candidates can earn up to $200 per hour, with the flexibility to complete tasks that often take one hour or less. Successful participants may join Prolific as contributors handling research on governance, planning, and portfolio management across sectors, with payment

Competenze

• Director-level or above in Operations or PMO across sectors.
• Deep domain knowledge in project governance, resource planning, portfolio management, capacity planning, or operational strategy.
• Hands-on use of planning/PPM tools (MS Project, Planview, Smartsheet, Jira, ServiceNow).
• Strong analytical thinking to interpret complex planning workflows and portfolio data.
• Exceptional written communication with attention to detail in governance and planning topics.

Mansioni

• Answer research questions with expert perspective on prioritisation, resource allocation, governance, and planning processes.
• Review scenarios using real-world experience to assess programme governance cycles, capacity reviews, and budget forecasting workflows.
• Participate in structured surveys or interviews to inform PMO research.
• Provide feedback on tools, workflows, and processes related to planning and portfolio management.
• Contribute subject matter input to help researchers understand how PMO functions use planning tools and governance frameworks.
