Job summary

Prolific is seeking seasoned Operations and PMO leaders with hands-on experience in operations, governance, portfolio management, and planning to join our Expert Network as subject matter experts. If selected, you’ll complete a 10–15 minute test to assess fit; successful candidates join Prolific as participants and get paid to share expertise with researchers needing real-world planning insight.

Pay is up to $200/hour.

Qualifications

• Director-level or above in Operations/PMO across sectors.
• Strong governance, portfolio planning and capacity planning experience.
• Hands-on use of planning/PPM tools such as MS Project, Planview, Smartsheet, Jira or ServiceNow.

Responsibilities

• Answer research questions on project prioritisation, resource allocation and governance.
• Review PMO scenarios, capacity reviews, milestone escalations and budget workflows.
• Participate in structured surveys or interviews informing planning practices.
• Provide feedback on tools, workflows and processes related to planning and portfolio management.
