Job summary

CTS is seeking a Senior PMO Manager to drive operational execution for Professional Services, reporting to the VP of Professional Services. You will lead a hands-on team, manage client engagements across school buildouts, network upgrades, cloud services, and MSP onboardings, and ensure project health and timely deliverables.

You will model best-practice governance, coach PMs and PCs, and implement workflows and templates to improve efficiency and margins.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in project management within IT/Professional Services, with at least 3+ years in a team lead or PMO management role.
• Experience overseeing physical IT infrastructure deployments and school buildouts; exposure to construction timelines is a strong plus.
• Directly manage active, billable client projects while leading a team of direct reports; strong coaching能力.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily project health, board status, and deliverables across active projects.
• Track key operational metrics (order status, work plans, time entries, SLAs, margins, utilization) to drive action.
• Ensure cross-functional alignment on build and shipping timelines across PM, Configuration, Engineering and QA.
• Translate strategic initiatives into processes, templates, and workflow automations with minimal oversight.
• Manage 3P vendors and subcontractors; verify invoices and align with POs.
