Job summary

CTS, a Brooklyn-based IT & Cybersecurity Services provider, is seeking a Senior PMO Manager to drive operational execution within the Professional Services group.

You'll oversee daily project health, KPI tracking, and governance, while coaching a team of PMs and coordinating with engineering, configuration, and vendors on school buildouts, MSP onboardings, and cloud services in a hybrid New York environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in project management within IT/Professional Services.
• Experience leading a PMO or team of PMs.
• Experience with physical IT deployments and school buildouts is a plus.
• Proven ability to drive project margins via metrics and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily project health, board status & deliverable progress.
• Track KPIs: product orders, ticket hygiene, time entry, SLAs, margins.
• Coordinate cross-functional build/shipping timelines across teams.
• Translate strategic initiatives into clear templates and workflows.
• Maintain PMO framework, training docs & onboarding processes.
• Manage 3P vendors and invoices, aligning with POs and budgets.
• Coach PMs/Coordinators; balance resource allocations.
• Direct billable project delivery from kickoff to sign-off.
