Job summary

SAS is seeking a Senior Corporate Operations & Planning Program Manager to lead high-impact, cross-divisional initiatives within the CO&P PMO from Cary, NC. You will manage initiation through delivery, collaborating with executives and functional leaders to drive strategic transformation and measurable business value.

In this hybrid role, you will orchestrate program plans, governance, and reporting while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement across SAS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Program or Project Management, or related field.
• 8+ years of program or project management experience, cross-divisional preferred.
• Ability to work independently with complex situations and manage multiple programs.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Experience leading program teams and aligning with senior stakeholders.
• Knowledge of PMO methodologies, governance, and process improvements.
• Familiarity with SAS software, analytics, or cloud technologies.
• Willingness to travel up to 15%.

Responsibilities

• Lead initiation, planning, execution, and closure of cross-divisional initiatives.
• Collaborate with PMO, executive sponsors, and business leaders to drive strategic goals.
• Develop initiative plans, track progress, and manage deliverables with stakeholders.
• Maintain governance documentation, schedules, and status reports.
• Facilitate meetings, mitigate risks, and ensure on-time program delivery.
• Foster continuous improvement and operational excellence across programs.
