Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Manager, Program Management to lead the PMO for shipyard and defense customers. You will oversee program managers, govern PM processes, and ensure on-time delivery across development, integration, installation, and upgrades.

You’ll act as a primary customer contact for execution and risk discussions and support Director of Program Management in capturing ongoing programs and follow-on contracts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor‘s degree or higher in a related field is required.
• Master’s degree is preferred for advanced program leadership roles.
• 5+ years leading program managers or cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Program Management team to ensure consistent PM processes and governance.
• Oversee cost, schedule, and technical performance across a portfolio of programs.
• Serve as primary customer contact for program execution and risk discussions.
• Support development of proposals, budgeting, and strategic plans.
• Oversee end-to-end program execution, risk mitigation, and issue resolution.
• Travel approximately 25% for customer engagements and program reviews.
