Job summary

Insight Global is seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to lead large manufacturing programs from planning through execution, coordinating engineering, operations, supply chain, quality, and finance to deliver on time and within budget.

The role requires 10+ years in program management, strong budgeting and risk management, ERP experience, and a track record of customer-facing leadership. PMP certification and Power BI/Smartsheet proficiency are highly valued.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
10+ years of program or project management experience, including leadership responsibility.
Experience managing programs in a manufacturing environment.
Strong background in project planning, budgeting, risk management, and customer-facing communication.
Proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Project.
PMP Certification and cross-functional leadership experience.

Responsibilities

Lead multiple large-scale programs and serve as the primary point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders.
Drive program execution, schedule management, risk mitigation, and financial performance.
Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, operations, supply chain, quality, and finance.
Provide executive-level reporting on project status, budgets, risks, and resource needs.
Manage change requests, customer invoicing, and contract compliance.
Partner with manufacturing teams to resolve issues and meet production objectives.
