Job summary

Keel is seeking a Program Manager to supervise and drive execution across multiple programs, coordinating cross-functional teams with customers and fabrication partners to ensure technical and financial performance.

You will report to the Director of PMO, manage risks, track milestones, and lead Project Managers to achieve on-time delivery, quality, and profitability within a complex manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of program management experience in manufacturing.
• 3 years of experience or training in engineering, finance or manufacturing management.
• Equivalents accepted (education + experience).
• Proven leadership track record.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft tools; MS Project preferred; Smartsheet and Power BI beneficial.
• Understanding of ERP systems; IFS working knowledge preferred.
• Proven budgeting/financial forecasting capability; EVMS preferred.
• PMI CAPM or PMP/PgMP certification preferred.
• Heavy plate fabrication experience including welding preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and drive execution across multiple programs; coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Track and report program metrics, plans, risks, milestones, and logistics; communicate during reviews.
• Report risks to the Director of PMO and manage changes affecting scope and invoicing.
• Increase contracted parameters/ opportunities to improve profitability.
• Recommend resources and scheduling to ensure on-time delivery.
• Lead Project Managers and Coordinators; manage technical data and documentation.
• Communicate program developments to teams and customers on an ongoing basis.
