Job summary

Armada Supply Chain Solutions is seeking a Program Manager to lead programs end-to-end within the PMO, ensuring quality, scope, schedule and cost objectives are met. You will drive governance, develop project plans, business cases, and coordinate resources across functions to deliver measurable outcomes.

The ideal candidate communicates effectively with senior leaders, works with IT and integration teams, and thrives in a fast-paced, bi-modal PMO focused on innovation and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• 8 years of project/program management experience.
• Working knowledge of standard project management processes, skills, tools and techniques.
• Experience with OnePlan, Microsoft Project or other project management software.
• Must be capable of multitasking across concurrent projects.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
• Exceptional stakeholder management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee holistic program management, track results, and ensure project success.
• Act as liaison between business users and technology to design solutions.
• Interview stakeholders to understand requirements and document them.
• Gather costs/benefits, scope deliveries, and prepare business cases.
• Create clear communication plans for staff to C-suite.
• Use program management docs to manage scope, budget, and timeline.
• Define program objectives, roadmap, and success criteria.
• Align initiatives with business strategy and governance structures.
• Facilitate cross-functional decision making and issue resolution.
• Monitor performance and recommend corrective actions.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and schedule conflicts; escalate when needed.
• Report KPIs to measure program success.
• Contribute to PMO process improvements and innovation.
