Ladders is seeking a Senior Manager, PMO (P&C Insurance) to guide complex cross-functional projects spanning insurance operations, technology, and underwriting workflows. This remote role partners with business leaders, IT, underwriting, and support teams to launch programs, integrate platforms, and drive process improvements for efficient policy administration and strong controls.

The role requires 8+ years in underwriting/operations and 5+ years in project management, with a Bachelor's

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 8+ years in commercial lines underwriting or operations.
• 5+ years of project management experience.
• Experience configuring insurance policy administration systems.
• MS Office proficiency, especially Excel.
• Familiarity with Visio or Figma for workflow mapping.
• Strong team management skills.
• Expertise in information systems design and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Lead new insurance program concepts from inception to completion.
• Manage cross-business unit project collaboration.
• Work with IT and stakeholders to define system and workflow requirements.
• Design and maintain information systems ensuring compliance and security.
• Troubleshoot system issues and oversee upgrades.
• Conduct audits to identify vulnerabilities and enhance security.
• Collaborate with underwriters to maintain rate and policy issuance systems.
• Facilitate integration of acquired programs into the company's platform.
• Provide project management updates and tracking.
• Manage onshore and offshore support resources for pre- and post-bind activities.
