Integrated Specialty Coverages, LLC (ISC) is seeking an experienced Insurance Program Manager to lead program development and oversee rate/quote/bind/issuance systems. You will manage cross-functional initiatives, collaborate with IT and underwriting teams, and drive security and regulatory compliance within insurance operations.

The role involves significant project management, including pre/post-bind activities, offshoring resources, and integration of acquired programs, with a focus on

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 8+ years in commercial lines underwriting or operations.
• 5+ years in project management.
• Experience configuring policy administration systems; MGA Systems a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office; Excel particularly.

Mansioni

• Take lead ownership of new insurance program concepts from start to finish.
• Provide project management for cross business-unit collaboration.
• Collaborate with IT and stakeholders to create system/workflow requirements.
• Design, document, implement, and maintain configurable information systems.
• Manage and troubleshoot system issues; oversee upgrades/modifications.
• Conduct audits to identify vulnerabilities and improve security.
• Coordinate rate/quote/bind/policy issuance support with underwriters.
• Assist in integrating acquired programs into the ISC platform.
