Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Senior Manager, Program Management Operations to lead the PMO in a remote capacity within the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space. You will drive planning, governance, and portfolio reporting, partnering with cross-functional R&D teams to improve decision-making and readiness across programs.

The role emphasizes turning strategy into operating rhythm, refining processes, and delivering scalable PMO solutions for drug development programs.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
Minimum 6 years of biotech or pharmaceutical industry experience.
Foundational knowledge of drug development and portfolio management processes.
Experience supporting cross-functional teams in an R&D environment.
Strong understanding of PMO practices.

Responsibilities

Lead operational planning and execution readiness across programs.
Drive governance readiness by shaping agendas and preparing decision materials.
Own portfolio reporting by developing dashboards and metrics for program status.
Manage planning, forecasting, and resource allocation across programs.
Identify, assess, and track program risks and issues for timely decision-making.
Design training materials and process guidance for PMO onboarding.
Drive operational innovation by improving PMO processes and reporting.
