Jobgether is seeking a Senior Manager, PMO (P&C Insurance) based in the United States. You will lead insurance program development, drive cross-functional initiatives, and guide policy administration systems to support underwriting and issuance workflows.

You will coordinate with IT, accounting, and operations to deliver secure, scalable solutions while managing distributed teams and complex programs across the policy lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 8+ years in commercial lines underwriting or insurance operations.
• 5+ years of project management experience.
• 5+ years configuring and updating insurance policy administration systems.
• Strong understanding of commercial P&C workflows and policy administration.

Responsabilités

• Lead insurance program concepts from inception to launch with cross-functional teams.
• Manage programs spanning multiple units, track milestones and report progress to leadership.
• Document system requirements and map workflows with IT and business stakeholders.
• Configure and enhance policy administration systems supporting rating, quoting, and issuance.
• Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate upgrades for reliability and efficiency.
• Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance across platforms.
• Collaborate with underwriters to develop workflows for existing and new programs.
• Coordinate integration of acquired businesses into the platform.
• Lead onshore and offshore support resources with clear procedures.
