Ladders is seeking a Manager, Platform Services Project Management for a remote role in the United States. You will lead a team of project managers and drive disciplined execution across platform services initiatives, partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure governance and risk management alignment.

You will communicate performance metrics and executive-ready insights to support informed decision-making, while aligning PMO practices with risk strategies and standards across the

Competenze

• BS in Computer Science, MIS, Business, or equivalent experience required.
• Strong proficiency with project management software such as Clarizen, Asana, Gainsight, and JIRA.
• Excellent presentation skills, both written and oral.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and prioritization.
• Strong interpersonal skills for collaboration across various levels.
• Flexibility to adapt to shifting priorities and timelines.
• Proven experience with AI technologies to enhance decision-making.
