Job summary

Purdue Federal Credit Union seeks a strategic PMO leader to direct the enterprise project portfolio and governance. You will translate business strategy into prioritized initiatives, guide cross-functional teams, and provide leadership to project managers and analysts.

You’ll partner with executive sponsors, IT, and vendors to drive delivery, manage change, and deliver visibility into performance metrics, ensuring alignment with our mission and values.

Qualifications

• High-level leadership of PMO and portfolio governance.
• Experience leading enterprise initiatives and cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and governance frameworks.
