Enterprise Community Partners in New York is seeking a Director of the Enterprise PMO to lead prioritization, portfolio management, and the systems that translate strategy into actionable work within Strategy & Operations.

You will drive enterprise‑wide governance, coordinate with COFO, CEO, and ELT, and guide cross‑divisional initiatives while building scalable tools and rhythms that enable clear decisions in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years of experience in strategy, transformation, enterprise PMO, or cross‑functional leadership.
• Experience leading enterprise‑level initiatives and portfolio management in complex organizations.
• Entrepreneurial builder’s mindset — energized by operationalizing frameworks, building the tools and systems that bring them to life, and refining them over time, and comfortable operating in a function that is still taking shape
• Strong ability to translate strategy into structured execution (systems, governance, tools, and operating rhythms) and bring clarity and structure in complex, evolving environments
• Proven track record supporting executive decision‑making and facilitating tradeoffs
• Experience building or operating enterprise PMO systems or portfolio management processes
• Strong communication and executive presentation skills, with high judgment, adaptability, and the ability to operate in ambiguity, across multiple stakeholders without direct authority, and across multiple workstreams in a fast‑paced environment
• Proven ability to engage, influence, and build trust with senior leaders
• Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel, with the ability to produce executive‑ready materials and analysis
• Proficiency using AI tools to work more efficiently and elevate the quality of outputs

Responsibilities

• Lead the enterprise prioritization and portfolio management process across initiatives
• Build the tools, systems, and processes that facilitate prioritization and portfolio management
• Prepare quarterly strategy reporting for Strategic Leadership Council meetings — reviewing progress of strategy implementation against the Strategic Plan and facilitating portfolio decisions
• Prepare updates and reporting for the COFO, CEO, and Executive Leadership Team on the status of strategy implementation more broadly — surfacing priorities, tradeoffs, risks, and decisions, and coordinating across divisions to source and align inputs
• Establish governance, tools, reporting, and change management approaches to support adoption of strategic and operational work
• Serve as people manager for shared execution resources, deploying capacity in alignment with the department leader’s priorities across the function’s work
• Oversee execution across select high-priority, cross-divisional special projects, including driving adoption and change management where needed
• Ensure alignment between prioritization, innovation fund investments, and execution tracking
