Job summary

REMS is seeking a Program Manager to lead the PMO and govern a portfolio of owner’s representation projects across site selection, design, construction, and turnover. You will mentor Project Managers, drive standard processes, and partner with the COO to support growth and operational stability.

The role requires deep experience in CRE project delivery, strong communication skills, and a track record of managing programs within scope, schedule, and budget. Flexible work options are available.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in a construction-related field or equivalent work experience.
• 8–10+ years of progressive responsibility in project/program management within commercial real estate, construction, or architecture.
• Demonstrated experience leading PM teams or a PMO.
• Strong understanding of project lifecycle management, risk mitigation, and program scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Lead the PMO and ensure consistency in project delivery across all PMs and Sr. PMs.
• Develop and execute overall program strategy aligned with client objectives and REMS’s operational standards.
• Establish, maintain, and continually refine program goals, success criteria, and performance methodologies.
• Serve as Acting COO when delegated, ensuring continuity of leadership in operations and program oversight.
• Oversee all program-related projects to ensure delivery within scope, schedule, and budget.
• Monitor program performance against master schedules, milestones, and critical path indicators.
• Guide clients and project teams through the full lifecycle—including site selection, design, construction, and turnover.
• Conduct program-wide value engineering reviews and propose alternative solutions.
