Job summary

REMS is seeking a Program Manager to lead the Owner’s Rep PMO, govern project delivery, and support growth with senior leadership. You will mentor PMs, drive process adoption, and ensure value through strategic oversight across site selection, design, construction, and turnover.

The role requires 8–10+ years in PM/PMO within CRE or construction, strong communication, and expertise with Autodesk ACC. Flexible work from home options are available, and travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in construction-related field or equivalent.
• 8–10+ years of PM/PMO leadership in CRE, construction, or architecture.
• Experience leading PM teams or a PMO.
• Strong understanding of lifecycle management, risk mitigation, and scheduling.
• Experience implementing Autodesk ACC.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the PMO and ensure consistency in project delivery across PMs and Sr. PMs.
• Develop and execute overall program strategy aligned with client objectives and REMS standards.
• Oversee program performance, budgets, and master schedules.
• Mentor PMs, run weekly PMO meetings, and develop growth pathways.
• Lead ACC governance, audits, and technology integrations.
• Manage client relationships and support pricing, proposals, and opportunities.
