• Demonstrated track record managing $25M+ corporate and commercial construction projects.
• Strong working relationships with corporate real estate departments.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex headquarters buildings, office renovations, and commercial developments from planning through closeout.
• Cultivate client relationships and develop new business opportunities.
• Serve as the owner's trusted advisor on budget and risk management.
