Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Director of PMO in the Palo Alto area to lead a portfolio of large, complex programs. You will serve as primary client contact and oversee staffing, resources, timelines, and risk mitigation across multiple projects.

The role requires strong leadership, a proven track record delivering programs end-to-end using formal PMO processes, and the ability to partner with executives to drive value and ensure successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 8+ years of related experience.
• Minimum 4 years of leadership support experience.
• PgMP or PMP certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages teams delivering a portfolio of projects and programs; serves as client contact and escalation point for staffing, bandwidth or delivery issues.
• Responsible for training PMO staff and developing PMO processes/services to support client requests and needs.
• Leads cross-functional projects end-to-end using formal PMO processes; ensures schedule adherence and escalates issues as needed.
