Job summary

Rockwell Automation has a Senior Manager, PMO role based in Wisconsin, leading a PMO team across Power & Motion. Hybrid work options allow Mequon or Milwaukee locations, with collaboration across engineering, product, and operations to drive deliberate execution.

The role emphasizes governance, delivery frameworks, and continuous improvement while reporting to the Director PMO, Business Operations, & HPO. A strong PMO background and leadership experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
• Proven track record in PMO leadership, project management, or program management.
• Experience presenting to executives and facilitating strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and coach PMO Managers and Project Managers to drive accountability and execution.
• Establish PMO policies, governance processes, and delivery frameworks.
• Proactively report status, risks, and resource constraints across programs.
• Align priorities with engineering, product, operations, quality, and finance leaders.
• Oversee resource planning and budget alignment to business needs.
• Champion Agile, Hybrid SAFe, and traditional project management practices.
• Develop talent strategies, succession plans, and career pathways for PMO staff.
• Identify and mitigate program risks and lead contingency planning.
• Prepare and lead executive reviews and governance forums.
• Present updates to senior executives and leadership teams.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration across engineering, product, operations, and supply chain.
