Job summary

Rockwell Automation is seeking a Senior Manager, PMO to lead a team delivering strategic product development and business initiatives across the Power & Motion Business. You will oversee PMO governance, execution, and continuous improvement, partnering with Engineering, Product Management, Operations, Quality, and Finance to drive execution excellence.

You will report to the Director PMO, Business Operations, & HPO, and work on a hybrid model in Mequon or Milwaukee, WI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of relevant work experience.
• Minimum 15 years of professional experience in PMO leadership, project/program management or related fields.
• Minimum 8 years of people leadership experience including leading managers.
• Experience with Agile and SAFe in a matrix/global environment.
• Willingness to travel up to 20%.

Responsibilities

• Lead PMO Managers, Project Managers, and Project Coordinators to deliver strategic initiatives.
• Define and implement PMO policies, governance, and delivery frameworks.
• Provide status on programs, risks, and resource needs to executives.
