Job summary

Rockwell Automation is seeking a Project Manager to coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, product management, and business managers to bring product roadmaps to life. You’ll oversee the end-to-end lifecycle from initiation through release in an Agile environment.

You will work with global teams, travel domestically and internationally as needed, and report to the Project Management Office. Mayfield Heights, OH or Milwaukee, WI will be your primary locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• US work authorization required; visa sponsorship not provided.
• Typically 5+ years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Partner with multi-discipline teams to create and manage project delivery plans, finances, and resource plans.
• Identify dependencies, risks, and mitigation strategies across projects.
• Drive decisions, resolve issues, and manage changes with the team and leadership.
• Communicate progress, decisions, and risks clearly to stakeholders.
• Align projects with roadmaps and optimize new product delivery.
