Job summary

Rockwell Automation is seeking a Scrum Master to coach Agile teams delivering software, firmware, or hardware. You will facilitate events, remove impediments, and promote SAFe/Lean practices while reporting to the Technical Leader in a hybrid Milwaukee setting.

The role requires 5+ years in Agile environments, Scrum Master certification, and leadership experience. Prior Rockwell experience or familiarity with industrial control equipment is a plus, with a flexible schedule to support project

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Years of Relevant Work Experience.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.; we will not sponsor visas for this job opening.
• 2+ years' experience as a Scrum Master (with certification) and/or Agile Coach (with certification).
• Experience in Agile development environment and knowledge of Agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Guide teams toward objectives with focus on continuous improvement.
• Initiate collaboration, communication and team building.
• Work to remove impediments in the organization.
• Facilitate team and program events; ensure Scrum/XP/Agile best practices.
