Job summary

Rockwell Automation, a leader in industrial automation, seeks a Product Owner, Software, to maximize value across Scrum teams in a hybrid role based in Mequon, WI. You will own backlogs, craft clear acceptance criteria, and drive prioritization for multiple teams and PI planning.

You will collaborate with engineers, a Scrum Master, and stakeholders while guiding lean practices, ensuring timely releases, and aligning with Rockwell Drives and Rockwell products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• Minimum 5 years related experience preferred.
• Experience with Rockwell Drives and other Rockwell products is a plus.
• Strong software development foundation in object-oriented languages.

Responsibilities

• Manage one or more team backlogs, ensuring a single source of truth.
• Define backlog items with clear acceptance criteria.
• Define and communicate an inspiring backlog vision.
• Prioritize items and optimize flow for multiple teams.
• Track sprint and PI objectives to support timely releases.
• Ensure teams understand backlog item intent.
• Coach stakeholders and teams in lean development practices.
• Collaborate with Scrum Master, Release Train Engineer, Product Manager, and others.
• Identify blockers and plan contingencies for priority work.
